Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and support their academic, social, and emotional growth in a Milton Hershey School residential setting. Facilitate small-group sessions, collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with academic and resource supports to foster lasting growth throughout the school environment.
