Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within Milton Hershey School’s residential Education, Training & E-Learning framework; role emphasized on school-based student development and partnerships with educators to foster growth.
