Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources. Role is within Milton Hershey School's Education, Training & E-Learning department at a residential school and aims to foster growth and lasting impact while enabling professional development.
