Youth Development Specialist

Mentor and design development programs to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. The Specialist helps design and deliver development programs, promotes positive behavior, and connects students with resources within a Milton Hershey School residential setting. Focus on fostering student growth and well-being while contributing to a nurturing school community.
