Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and support their academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation, collaborating with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs. Promote positive behavior and connect students with available resources within Milton Hershey School’s residential pre-K–12 environment, contributing to a nurturing culture and opportunities for professional growth.
