Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and facilitate small-group sessions while collaborating with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources to support their academic, social, and emotional growth within Milton Hershey School’s residential pre-K–12 environment. The role emphasizes mentoring, program design and delivery, collaboration with educators, and supporting student development across academic and personal growth areas.
