Responsibilities include mentoring, facilitating small-group sessions, collaborating with teachers and staff to design and deliver development programs, promoting positive behavior, and connecting students with available resources. Works within Milton Hershey School’s Education, Training & E-Learning environment to foster a nurturing culture and contribute to students’ growth and ongoing professional development of staff.
