Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and support academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring, small-group facilitation, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Help design and deliver development programs, promote positive behavior, and connect students with resources within Milton Hershey School’s residential K-12 setting. The role emphasizes program design, student development, and cross-team collaboration to foster a nurturing, diverse learning environment and positive student outcomes.
