Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and provide mentoring while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources and assist in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, where the focus is on making a lasting impact on students' lives while fostering professional development.
