Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff. This role focuses on the Education, Training & E-Learning department at a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential school, fostering a nurturing, diverse culture that allows for professional growth and lasting impact on students' lives.
