Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and collaborate with teachers to promote positive behavior while connecting students with resources. Mentor students within a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential environment at Milton Hershey School. Work within the Education, Training & E-Learning department to help students grow professionally and make a lasting impact on their lives.
