Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs focused on students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and mentor students while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. Support the mission of providing free pre-K through 12th grade residential education in a nurturing, diverse culture.
