Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff. The role focuses on the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution. Candidates will help foster a nurturing, diverse culture and make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
