Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff. This role focuses on helping students thrive within a nurturing, diverse culture at the cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential Milton Hershey School.
