Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role helps students thrive within Milton Hershey School's cost-free residential environment, fostering a nurturing culture that enables lasting impact on young lives.
