Youth Development Specialist

Conduct mentoring and small-group facilitation to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School. Assist in creating a nurturing, diverse culture that fosters lasting impact on student lives while enabling professional development.
