Youth Development Specialist

Facilitate small-group activities and mentor students to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with necessary resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive program delivery. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free residential institution serving pre-K through 12th grade, fostering a nurturing culture that prioritizes lasting impact on student lives.
