Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. Assist with curriculum planning and program implementation to foster a nurturing, diverse culture focused on lasting impact for pre-K through 12th grade residential students.
