Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to the school's nurturing, diverse culture focused on making a lasting impact on students' lives within a residential pre-K through 12th grade setting.
