Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups, mentor students, promote positive behavior, and collaborate with teachers and staff to connect learners with resources. This role operates within the Education, Training & E-Learning department at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution.
