Youth Development Specialist

Conduct youth development programs and activities for children and adolescents, including planning sessions, organizing events, and providing mentorship. Develop and implement curriculum materials aligned with organizational goals while monitoring participant progress and outcomes. Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and program metrics to support reporting and evaluation processes.
