Youth Development Specialist

Mentor students and facilitate small groups to support their academic, social, and emotional growth. Design and deliver development programs while promoting positive behavior and connecting students with resources. Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to ensure cohesive support across the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role contributes to a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, focusing on making lasting impacts on students' lives through direct engagement and program design.
