Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and mentor students while collaborating with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources and help them navigate their educational journey within a residential pre-K through 12th grade setting. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture and enabling lasting impact on student lives through direct engagement and program design.
