Youth Development Specialist

Conduct youth development activities and mentor programs for at-risk children within the community. Coordinate with local organizations to secure resources and support for youth initiatives. Develop and implement educational curricula focused on skill-building and personal growth. Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program outcomes. Report monthly to leadership on program effectiveness and budget utilization.
