Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Facilitate small groups and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote positive behavior. Connect students with resources while mentoring within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. This role focuses on fostering a nurturing, diverse culture at Milton Hershey School, a cost-free pre-K through 12th grade residential institution, allowing candidates to make a lasting impact on students' lives while growing professionally.
