Youth Development Specialist

Design and deliver development programs that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through mentoring and small-group facilitation. Promote positive behavior and connect students with resources while collaborating with teachers and staff. This role focuses on fostering student development within a nurturing, diverse culture at the Milton Hershey School's Education, Training & E-Learning department.
