Youth Development Specialist (3612)

Youth Development Specialist will assist with planning, implementing, supervising and evaluating activities in academic, computer lab, arts and crafts, physical education, good character and Citizenship, and health and wellness. Responsibilities include ensuring programs and activities promote safety and quality, providing guidance and role modeling to youth, coordinating and promoting participation, maintaining a healthy environment, documenting participation, preparing periodic activity reports, assisting with daily activities, and gathering equipment for programs. Requires the ability to work with youth ages 6-18, manage multiple tasks with limited supervision, and strong verbal and written communication skills; part-time role located in Appleton, WI.
