Job Summary
Lead groups of 5-12 kids for pre-planned weekly soccer sessions, introducing children ages 2-8 to the sport while developing their motor skills and confidence. Arrive at session locations 15 minutes prior to start time, prepared and ready to coach. Commit to coaching at least two seasons year-round, covering winter, spring, summer, and fall programs. This role offers competitive pay of $18 per session with performance-based increases, free uniforms, and paid training. Drivers license and car are required for travel across over 70 locations in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
Required Qualifications
- Drivers license / car required
- A successful candidate must pass a background check
- Commit to coaching at least two seasons
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with youth (ages 2-8) in some capacity
- Energetic, reliable, organized
- High School degree preferred
- While it is a bonus to have some knowledge of the game it is not essential
