Job Summary

Provide engaged presence to prepare youth for success while creating a safe and healthy Club environment that facilitates positive youth development. Ensure facilities, equipment, and supplies are maintained, and assist with planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs across areas including the Gym, Games Room, Learning Center, and Kitchen. Collect and track member attendance, coursework, and behavior data while modeling mature work behaviors and delivering coaching conversations to affirm positive member actions. Set up and clean program areas daily, facilitate club-specific and core programs, and support the three impact pillars of healthy lifestyles, good character, and academic success. Build partnerships with parents and families while maintaining strict confidentiality regarding membership and school data.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • 18+ years old
  • Negative TB testing documentation signed within the last twelve months
  • Initial STARS basic training certification
  • HIV/AIDS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • CPR certification
  • BBP certification
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • Strong organization skills
  • Attention to detail
