Job Summary
Plan and implement arts, health, life skills, and sports programs for youth using Boys & Girls Clubs of America curriculum and local initiatives. Establish a safe, positive environment that fosters belonging and competence while ensuring all licensing regulations are followed. Work with the Site Coordinator to set up community relationships, promote programs to members, and conduct outreach and recruitment. Maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall climate for youth development and success.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to remain poised, positive, and energetic in a busy work environment
- Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and to develop solutions to problems
- High school education or higher
- MMR Vaccination or Medical/Religious Exemption
- Be able to lift 40lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with youth preferred
- CPR/First Aid Card (preferred)
