Job Summary
Conduct direct care and supervision of children in the Specialized Therapeutic Group Home Program by adhering to the daily schedule, implementing the behavior management system, and maintaining open communication with co-workers and administrators. Complete all necessary documentation while working the 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. shift, 40 hours per week. Serve as the first person contacted to cover call-outs or open shifts due to staff absences, including vacation, sick leave, FMLA, jury duty, or unforeseen shortages. Maintain a valid Florida driver's license and commute to West Palm Beach.
Required Qualifications
- at minimum a high school diploma or GED
- at least one year experience working with children/adolescents
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- Child Development Associate or Certified Nursing Assistant
- a valid Florida's driver's license
- Must be able to commute to West Palm Beach
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) encouraged to apply
