Job Summary
Provide engaged presence to prepare youth for success while creating a safe and healthy Club environment across Gym, Games Room, Learning Center, and Kitchen areas. Ensure facilities, equipment, and supplies are maintained daily, and assist with planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs including High Yield Learning Activities. Collect and track member attendance, coursework, and behavior data while modeling mature work behaviors and affirming positive youth conduct. Build partnerships with parents and families, and deliver coaching conversations and redirection when needed. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding membership and school data. This variable part-time role requires a STARS ID, cleared background check, negative TB test, and full COVID-19 vaccination.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 18+ years old
- STARS ID number
- Portable Background Check with a Cleared status
- Negative TB testing documentation signed within the last twelve months
- Completion of initial STARS basic training
- HIV/AIDS certification
- First Aid certification
- CPR certification
- BBP certification
- COVID-19 Vaccination
Desired Qualifications
