Job Summary
Prepare youth for success while maintaining a safe, healthy Club environment across programming areas like the Gym, Games Room, and Learning Center. Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained, set up and clean program areas daily, and model mature work behaviors. Assist with planning, developing, and evaluating programs, including High Yield Learning Activities, while collecting and tracking member attendance and behavior data. Facilitate club-specific and core programs, affirm positive behaviors, and deliver coaching conversations. Build partnerships with parents and families to support healthy lifestyles, character, and academic success. Work directly with youth to ensure their safety and development through interactive play and age-appropriate interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 18+ years old
- STARS ID number
- Portable Background Check with a Cleared status
- Negative TB testing documentation signed within the last twelve months
- Completion of initial STARS basic training, HIV/AIDS, First Aid, CPR and BBP certification within 90 days of hire
- COVID-19 Vaccination
