Job Summary
Plan, implement, and supervise daily youth activities while establishing rapport and providing mentorship to foster leadership, artistic, and academic growth. Monitor program safety and quality, ensuring consistent attendance and engagement for all members. Submit lesson plans and attendance sheets, participate in staff meetings, and maintain close collaboration with professional and volunteer staff. Perform mandatory daily cleaning and closing of the program area, assist with other club locations as needed, and model healthy behaviors in an inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience
- Experience working with children
- Knowledge of youth development
- Must pass pre-employment background checks
- Experience and ability in creating interactive and educational activities
- Strong organization, time management skills
- Ability to set priorities
