Job Summary
Lead program activities and assist in planning center events while promoting participation and guiding youth members. Administer services and implement outreach efforts to sustain membership, while registering new members and managing orientation processes. Monitor program quality and safety, prepare activity reports, and maintain facility equipment and storage areas. Report repairs and janitorial needs to the supervisor. This role supports the Salvation Army's ministry advancement by fostering an empowering environment for youth development within local centers and community facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver License
