Youth Development Professional (6973)

Plan and lead center members and activities within specific program areas to support priority outcomes. Collaborate with Salvation Army Officers to ensure an engaging, enriching, and empowering environment for youth development. Implement and administer programs, services, and activities while monitoring safety, quality, and branch appearance. Assist with member registration, orientation, and outreach efforts to sustain program participation. Maintain facility and equipment in good working order, keeping storage areas orderly and reporting repairs. Prepare periodic activity reports and enforce all Salvation Army policies and procedures. Perform duties in youth centers and community settings, occasionally working with challenging youth and families.
