Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher for a youth development program in MA, responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, mentoring staff, overseeing classroom activities, assessing student performance, and communicating with parents and program leadership. Travel to patients’ homes and community settings within Randolph, Brockton, Quincy, and Dorchester areas is required daily. Responsibilities include leading curriculum development, staff mentorship, classroom management, lesson planning, after-school tutoring, progress reporting, ensuring safe and developmentally appropriate activities, and coordinating with administrators and parents. Must implement behavioral interventions as directed by supervisors and collaborate with Behavioral Management Coordinator and Master Level Clinician Supervisor. Travel and transportation to community locations and home visits are part of daily duties.
