Job Summary
Coordinate functions to provide high-quality programming and customer service for participants while maintaining health and safety standards. Assist in the Girls Choice Program from September through June and oversee the summer Youth Connect program, including recruiting youth and managing part-time seasonal staff. Engage with parents and serve as a liaison with Worcester Public Schools guidance counselors. Create and maintain engagement data, including intake and surveys, using the ETO system to track attendance and outcomes. Plan and implement direct program services, travel to sites for supplies, and cofacilitate the Girls Promoting Safety program at Burncoat Middle School. Maintain accurate participant records and adjust hours based on scheduled evening and summer shifts. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

- Must be available to work on weekdays from 2:00PM to 9:30PM during the months of July and August only
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended intervals
- Experience working with diverse populations, such as youth and their families and communities of color
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of Youth Worker Training Institute within 1 year
- Associate degree
