Youth Development Associate - South Knox Elementary

Post weekly plans for parents and youth, encourage full participation, and identify alternative activities to align with lesson plans. Supervise program areas, monitor safety, and provide mild disciplinary action as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization per state and company standards while providing meals according to USDA guidelines. Supervise youth on school buses and create bulletin boards. Orient volunteers, oversee their service opportunities, and attend Club programs, activities, field trips, and special events. Collaborate with the staff team and manage sensitive situations with excellent communication skills.
