Job Summary
Post weekly plans for parents/guardians and youth, encourage full participation in activities, and identify alternative lessons to ensure engagement. Supervise program areas, monitor safety, and oversee volunteers serving within the Club while maintaining cleanliness and organization per state standards. Provide meals to youth per USDA guidelines, supervise youth on school buses, and create bulletin boards. Participate in staff meetings, attend programs and field trips, and administer mild disciplinary action as needed. Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass local, state, and national criminal background checks
- Must pass initial drug screening and subsequent drug tests
- CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with youth
