Job Summary
Youth Development Associate at AYS is responsible for independently leading groups of kids, delivering hands-on, enriching program content, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment. You’ll collaborate with fellow staff to provide a great daily experience, bring curricula to life, and participate in required trainings. The role involves after-school, evening, and summer hours with an hourly wage of $12-$16 and a schedule of 10-30 hours per week. Required Qualifications
- No prior experience required — we train you fully
- Reliable transportation to assigned site
