Job Summary
Post weekly plans for parents and youth while encouraging full participation in activities and identifying alternatives to promote engagement. Supervise program areas, monitor safety, and oversee volunteers serving within the Club. Maintain cleanliness and organization per standards, provide meals per USDA guidelines, and manage mild disciplinary action. Supervise youth on school buses and attend programs, activities, field trips, and special events. Create bulletin boards and orient new volunteers to service opportunities. Collaborate with staff in meetings and modify lesson plans to meet individual needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Club per state and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass local, state, and national criminal background checks
- Must pass initial drug screening and subsequent drug tests
- CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with youth
