Youth Crisis Clinician

Job Summary

Provide rapid in-person crisis response and stabilization services to clients, conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, mental status exams, and crisis interventions. Develop relevant safety plans and aftercare plans while implementing warm hand-offs to new providers. Collaborate with a team of caseworkers, behavioral assistants, and external providers to review case needs and maintain weekly service delivery requirements. Practice according to the NASW Code of Ethics, empowering families through a strengths-based, family-focused approach. Attend required program meetings including weekly supervision, clinical group supervision, and disposition meetings. Support the CQI process and ongoing program development. Work a 4/10 hour schedule with a rotating on-call rotation including weekends and weeknights.

  • Be part of a 4 /10 hour work schedule ( Work 4 days a week x 10 Hours a day. )
