Job Summary
Provide direct care, supervision, and support for youth ages 10–18 while building positive, trusting relationships. Maintain a safe, structured, and trauma-informed therapeutic environment by teaching coping skills, emotional regulation, and independent living abilities. Support youth in reaching individualized treatment goals and manage behavioral challenges using positive interventions. Document observations and collaborate with therapists, case managers, nurses, and teachers to ensure consistent care. Work 32 hours per week in afternoon, overnight, or weekend shifts within residential programs including crisis stabilization, evaluation, and intensive treatment. No prior experience is required; comprehensive paid training is provided to help you succeed in this entry-level role.
