Job Summary
The Youth CoRe Assistant supports youth engagement through technology and gaming setups in a safe and inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience working with or relating well to youth
- Ability to motivate youth and calmly manage minor conflicts
- Basic IT and technology setup skills
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with tabletop role-playing games (e.g., Dungeons & Dragons)
- Knowledge of video games and platforms (including Steam)
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to gain approval to drive the agency van for group activities and events
