Job Summary
Youth Clinical Supervisor oversees Intensive Home Based Services (IHBT), coordinates intake/placement, reviews and updates Individual Service Plans, provides crisis counseling and therapeutic services, ensures fidelity to IHBT model, manages on-call crisis response including weekends/holidays, minimizes high-risk interventions, completes documentation and ISPs, and facilitates case management and team supervision. Requires Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and LISW/LPCC licensure with supervisory designation; valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to travel for home visits. Offers include tuition/licensure reimbursement, PTO, holidays, retirement contributions, and potential for advancement.
