Job Summary
Youth Care Worker (Coach Counselor) provides 24-hour supervision and safety for youth in a residential program, monitors and documents behaviors, participates with youth during sports and recreation, and mentors youth as they learn and develop within the program. Requires a High School Diploma or GED (or 60 college hours) and one year of direct-care experience with at-risk youth, plus a valid Driver’s License. Works 12-hour shifts in a residential setting, with on-site duties and direct youth support. Uses evidence-based approaches to support youth in treatment, supervision, and skill-building within the program.
