Job Summary
As a Youth Care Worker at Uta Halee Academy, provide around-the-clock safety and supervision for female students in a residential program; monitor and document student behaviors; facilitate educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities; collaborate with other professional staff to meet each student’s treatment goals and plans; contribute to a positive, safe, and supportive environment that supports youth development and well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Possess at least 2 years of post-high school education
- 2 years of experience working with youth
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Able to pass criminal background check
- Able to pass drug screen
- Able to pass TB test
- Able to pass search of child abuse central registry
