Youth Care Worker - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Supervise and mentor high school seniors in campus residences, preparing them for independent living after graduation. Teach and role-model life skills including self-responsibility, goal setting, time management, personal finance, and healthy relationships. Create and supervise developmental and recreational activities, accompany students to Sunday chapel services, and provide coverage in student homes as needed. Collaborate with staff to continually enhance the program while maintaining a high degree of flexibility. This residential living assistant role supports approximately 2,200 students at Milton Hershey School, a pre-K through 12th grade institution that has prepared over 12,000 graduates to lead fulfilling lives.
