Job Summary
Supervise and mentor high school seniors in campus residences while teaching life skills such as self-responsibility, goal setting, and personal finance. Create and supervise recreational activities, accompany students to Sunday chapel services, and provide coverage in student homes as needed. Collaborate with staff to continually enhance the program and role-model positive behaviors for approximately 2,200 students at Milton Hershey School. This year-round position includes a schedule of 9 consecutive workdays followed by 3 days off, with a starting salary of $49,080. Housing and utilities are provided, along with paid training and up to $2,800 relocation assistance. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license to operate a 9-passenger van.
Required Qualifications
